Human Trafficking in Kuwait: Legal Overview and Penalties

Human trafficking is criminalized under Law No. 91 of 2013 on Combating Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants. The law defines trafficking as recruiting, transporting, or exploiting individuals using force, fraud, or coercion.
